Junior Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) Engineer to join our Sevilla team. You will work on the analysis and validation of metallic and composite aircraft structures, ensuring durability and compliance with Airbus standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses on aircraft structures.
• Assess crack initiation, crack growth, and structural durability.
• Generate fatigue substantiation reports and inspection threshold assessments.
• Support structural modifications and repairs from an F&DT perspective.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis within the aerospace industry.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, or other aerospace partners.
• English at least B1 level and fluency in Spanish.
