Junior Office Manager

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a motivated Junior Office Manager to keep our offices in Milan, Madrid and Warsaw welcoming, efficient, and inspiring. You will work on‑site, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly so the team can focus on delivering exceptional digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the office environment – clean, comfortable, and fully equipped.
• Manage daily logistics such as deliveries, supplies, catering, and maintenance.
• Oversee access and safety procedures, including temporary passes and emergency protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues promptly.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Required profile

• On‑site presence – you will work from the office every day.
• Strong reasoning ability – solve complex problems from first principles.
• High drive and ambition – take ownership and deliver with intensity.
• Team spirit – support ideas, get hands dirty, and act with honesty and transparency.
• Proficiency in English – read, write, and speak fluently.
