Junior SAP Time Consultant with Italian

About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology provider for international workforce management, is looking for a highly skilled SAP Time consultant with solid experience in SAP Time Management implementation and support. The role leads time-related functional workstreams, gives expert guidance to clients and delivers solutions aligned with HR and payroll processes. It is a full-time position in the Workforce Management department, based in Granada, Spain, with hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure and implement SAP Time Management solutions, including schemas, rules and work schedules.
• Support Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning and interfaces with Payroll.
• Run requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and turn needs into functional specifications.
• Build enhancements, run unit, regression and integration tests and document according to delivery standards.
• Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions.
• Handle incidents, service requests and minor enhancements within SLAs, and train users and junior consultants.
• Work with cross-functional teams across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Payroll, and follow governance and quality methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Information Systems or a related field.
• Demonstrable SAP Time Management consulting experience.
• Experience in international, multicultural delivery teams and independent work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application; no visa sponsorship offered.

Required skills

• Time evaluation schemas and PCRs, absence/attendance configuration, work schedules, public holidays and time quotas.
• Integrations with Payroll (SAP HCM or EC Payroll).
• Preferred: SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, AMS delivery models (ITIL), SAP HCM certification, and experience with European time schemas.
