Key Account Manager – FMCG

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will drive sustainable growth for a portfolio of strategic customers within the Home and Cleaning Solutions business. You will develop and execute annual business plans, manage key accounts and distribution channels, and align product listings with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans for assigned customers, targeting growth and profitability.
• Lead commercial negotiations, set trading terms and ensure profitable implementation.
• Manage new product listings, positioning them in line with marketing and promotional strategies.
• Plan, execute and monitor trade‑marketing activities, controlling budgets, sales forecasts and ROI reporting.

Required profile

• University degree with 2–4 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios in a dynamic commercial environment.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
