About the role
Homeclub is looking for a B2B Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our hospitality partners across Spain. You will be the main point of contact for existing and prospective customers, helping them maximise occupancy while ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and leads throughout the booking process, driving maximum occupancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their expectations and monitoring conversion rates.
- Track monthly tenant payments and coordinate with Administration and Finance.
- Communicate reservation details to relevant departments and monitor check‑in/check‑out dates.
- Coordinate with Administration and Operations to manage security deposits, owner payments, and incident resolution.
- Handle commercial inquiries and phone calls professionally.
- Ensure compliance with monthly KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in customer management, reservations, or similar domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
