About the role
Corsair is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead growth across its Iberian key accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for major retailers, driving sales, managing relationships and ensuring the market has the latest Corsair solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth plans for assigned key accounts.
- Execute tactical sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, merchandising and campaigns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide business reporting, analytics and insights to monitor performance and flag issues.
- Manage inventory forecasts and stock run‑rates to maximise sales potential.
- Identify operational weaknesses, develop corrective actions and escalate complex matters.
- Monitor market pricing, competition and communicate significant concerns internally.
- Support strategic account reviews, negotiations and ensure customers understand Corsair’s product portfolio.
Required profile
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English and Spanish, or native Spanish speaker fluent in English and Portuguese.
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, retail sales, product or account management.
- Strong organisational skills, detail‑oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills (charts, pivot tables, look‑ups, formulas).
