Key Account Manager Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a doer, relationship-builder and growth-driver to join its Regions team as an Account Manager in Madrid. You will be the main contact for top-tier restaurant partners, helping them thrive and win with Glovo, and will own several cities in your area.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with partners through proactive communication, partner meetings and business reviews.
• Evaluate, follow up and report on the portfolio and KPIs, and act to reach goals and company OKRs.
• Grow partners through promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross-selling and upselling).
• Improve Glovo visibility with partners via marketing kits and merchandising.
• Renegotiate commissions and sell assets to improve Glovo's revenue.
• Plan and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
• Improve partners' operational efficiency by ensuring the best service to customers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies.
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
• Native Spanish, Catalan and English.
• Strong commercial skills, persuasion and customer focus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and critical thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Excel.
