Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

As Lead Graphic Designer at Ultralytics, you will be the visual engine behind the company’s storytelling, translating complex vision‑AI concepts into compelling design. You will own the creation of high‑impact marketing and event assets across digital and print, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s speed and ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative production for campaigns, website visuals, social media, motion graphics, presentations, flyers, merchandise and booth displays.
• Design digital campaigns, social content and optimized web graphics for ultralytics.com.
• Produce sales and marketing collateral that supports product adoption and solution selling.
• Create event branding, signage and print‑ready production files.
• Implement the upcoming brand uplift in partnership with an external agency, translating new guidelines into scalable systems.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Creative teams to scope needs, prioritize impact and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading graphic design projects in fast‑moving, startup‑like environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to ship high‑quality work under tight timelines.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills that make technical AI concepts feel human and inspiring.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, growth and marketing stakeholders.
