About the role

Ultralytics is looking for a Video Editor to turn complex AI and computer‑vision concepts into engaging visual stories. You will own the full post‑production workflow for product demos, interviews, event recaps, and case studies, delivering polished videos for YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, LinkedIn, and X.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end editing from raw footage ingestion to final master using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Craft narrative cuts for interviews, demos, and case studies with purposeful b‑roll and pacing.
• Integrate AI visualisations (YOLO detections, masks, skeletons) and screen recordings in collaboration with engineers.
• Prepare multi‑platform versions, applying correct codecs, bitrates, and specifications for each social channel.
• Mix dialogue, sound effects, and music, applying noise reduction, EQ, and loudness normalization.
• Maintain brand consistency, build reusable motion‑graphics templates, and experiment with AI‑assisted production techniques.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Strong narrative sense and ability to select effective b‑roll.
• Comfort working with technical AI content and collaborating with engineers.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU; no visa sponsorship provided.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) mastery.
• Adobe After Effects for titling and motion graphics.
• Color grading using LUTs and secondary corrections.
• Audio post‑production: dialogue cleanup, EQ, noise reduction, loudness normalization.
• Deep knowledge of video codecs, bitrates, and delivery specs for major social platforms.
