About the role
Del Monte is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join its team in Castelldefels, Barcelona. The role supports the logistics department, ensuring smooth import and transport processes across Iberia.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administrative compliance of import and transport documents for Iberia.
- Track port arrivals and manage customs clearances.
- Implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and control costs at assigned ports.
- Generate and submit periodic reports such as SII, Intrastat, and plastics declarations to the AEAT.
- Manage office procurement activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or customs.
- Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
- Results‑oriented with a positive approach.
- Ability to adapt to change and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
