About the role

Del Monte is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join its team in Castelldefels, Barcelona. The role supports the logistics department, ensuring smooth import and transport processes across Iberia.

Key responsibilities

Oversee administrative compliance of import and transport documents for Iberia.
Track port arrivals and manage customs clearances.
Implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and control costs at assigned ports.
Generate and submit periodic reports such as SII, Intrastat, and plastics declarations to the AEAT.
Manage office procurement activities.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or customs.
Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
Results‑oriented with a positive approach.
Ability to adapt to change and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office 365.
Fluent written and spoken English.
