Management Assistant – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Management Assistant to support the Hotel Manager and operations team at our San Sebastian location. You will act as the central hub for daily hotel activities, ensuring smooth processes, high quality standards, and a positive experience for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Hotel Manager.
• Assist with HR‑related tasks and staff well‑being initiatives.
• Monitor quality, cost, and process improvements across hotel, restaurant, bar, and co‑working spaces.
• Manage and adjust operational procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support project planning, tooling, systems implementation, and internal communications.
• Maintain and enforce The Social Hub standards of quality and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on creating guest value.
• Excellent communicator, trustworthy and collaborative.
• Familiarity with the local market and regulations.
• Ability to work with diverse target groups, from corporate clients to students.
