Manager, Indirect Channel Management (Southern Europe)

About the role

The Manager, Indirect Channel Management (ICM) leads indirect channel operations across Southern Europe, with a focus on Spain and Portugal, ensuring global ICM standards are applied consistently and partner performance is managed effectively. The role works closely with local leadership and commercial teams, sits on the SITE Committee Iberia and the Division's extended EMEA Leadership Team, and reports to the Director, ICM SEE. It is a field-based position with 40% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end indirect channel processes and lifecycle management in IC Hub (onboarding, contracting, ongoing monitoring) and coordinate with the ICM Operations SE team
• Drive alignment among leadership teams, run leadership forums and resolve conflicts so global ICM standards are adopted
• Elevate the standards of IC Sponsors through training, coaching and support
• Own Partnership Reviews and act as the ICM business partner for the EMEA Division, improving financial efficiency and reducing operational risk
• Minimise compliance risk, enforce company policies and regulations, lead governance frameworks and handle CMA-related investigations
• Represent the Indirect Channel function to leadership, customers and professional services organisations, and collaborate with commercial, finance, legal, regulatory, quality and compliance teams
• Deliver revenue and profit growth in Spain and Portugal, develop and oversee the indirect channel network, manage partner performance and integrate indirect channels in M&A activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management, finance, marketing or a relevant discipline
• 8+ years of related professional experience
• Fluent English and Spanish; speaking Portuguese is an advantage
• Sales, marketing, sales operations or compliance experience preferred
• Valid driver's licence in the state of residence
