About the role
Accenture is seeking a multilingual MarCom Specialist to lead omni‑channel marketing communications initiatives. You will guide integrated agency teams, manage tactical campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand strategy across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and manage Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) from brief to final analysis for omni‑channel campaigns.
- Coordinate agency initiatives to meet timelines and deliver market‑ready activations.
- Develop and steer annual communication and media plans in partnership with brand leads.
- Manage annual MarCom budgets and oversee procurement and financial processes for campaigns.
- Create and manage briefs, set scopes, and define KPIs for tactical campaigns.
- Collaborate with website, social, loyalty, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing communications projects.
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
- Strong ability to negotiate with marketing partners and sponsors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
