Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams across marketing, product, and development, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and priorities while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product, and Development teams to keep objectives aligned.
• Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages, and CMS‑related activities.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across digital marketing assets and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Develop processes, templates, documentation, and tracking systems to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working fully remote in an international team.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
