Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization as a Marketing Project Manager based in Spain. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategic ideas into coordinated, high‑impact campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task tracking for concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and managing priorities.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones and capacity using project‑management tools.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or other fast‑paced digital industries is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items and driving accountability.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships, paid media and more.
