Material Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Material Management Specialist to join Exide Technologies’ Motion division in Zaragoza. The role ensures efficient material management by confirming delivery dates, tracking orders and coordinating with internal and external partners to guarantee timely supply for our battery and traction vehicle production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the material management process within order management, ensuring efficient performance.
• Monitor order status regularly and provide business updates.
• Receive, track and validate orders, confirming delivery dates with key partners.
• Take appropriate actions to resolve delivery conflicts promptly.
• Liaise with stakeholders and departments to address queries and ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a technical discipline such as operations or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functionality.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
