Mobile Developer Engineer

About the role

G+D is looking for a Mobile Developer Engineer to join its Barcelona team. You will design, build, and maintain secure, high‑quality mobile SDKs and applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift), contributing to both platforms as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native mobile SDKs/libraries using Kotlin and Swift.
• Create native mobile applications that showcase the SDKs.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and drive test‑driven development (TDD) and end‑to‑end testing.
• Work with hardware features such as secure elements, NFC, and BLE.
• Integrate mobile code with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, conduct secure code reviews, and produce documentation.
• Follow Scrum workflows, attend daily stand‑ups, and deliver features from ideation to deployment while ensuring security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimise the CI/CD pipeline for speed and quality.

Required profile

• Proficient in native Android development with Kotlin and/or native iOS development with Swift.
• Willingness to support both platforms when required.
• Experience with mobile development tooling such as IDEs, test frameworks, and emulators.
