Orthodontic Sales Representative - Norte/Galicia/Asturias

About the role

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring an Orthodontic Sales Representative for the Norte/Galicia/Asturias area. The role is based in a hybrid setting and involves selling the orthodontic product portfolio to healthcare professionals and managing the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the product portfolio in your territory.
• Build trusting relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels (medical and financial).
• Foster scientific and health economics knowledge in your daily activity.
• Convert business opportunities and manage the CRM feed.
• Comply with Solventum's internal processes and conduct code.
• Actively manage your territory, developing action plans with the Marketing team and clinical managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Dentistry or Business Administration, Economics.
• Fluent Spanish and good English.
• Current, valid driver's license; driving a company vehicle is required, with pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history checks.
• Experience in the dental sector, preferably in orthodontic sales, is highly valued.
• Additional management studies (e.g. MBA) or scientific/pharmaceutical studies are valued.
• Work location: hybrid, Galicia/Asturias, with travel that may include up to 50% domestic.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without a sponsorship visa.
