Payroll Consultant (Dutch/French Speaking)

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Payroll Consultant who is fluent in Dutch, French and English to support international payroll operations. You will work closely with foreign stakeholders and help clients navigate the complexities of payroll administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and follow‑up on international payroll runs.
• Manage and monitor clients’ administrative payroll tasks.
• Advise clients on administrative, technical and legal payroll matters, with support from internal experts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and implement process and tool optimisations.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French, Dutch and English.
• Strong motivation to learn payroll administration.
• Practical experience in payroll or HR is a plus.
