Performance Management Specialist

About the role

The Performance Management Specialist supports operational excellence across Airbus Helicopters’ logistics sites in Spain. Reporting to the Central Head of Operations, the role consolidates, analyses and communicates key logistics performance indicators, enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, calculate and update logistics KPIs (e.g., non‑conformities, inbound/outbound flows) for all sites, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Lead performance routines such as cadence reviews, governance meetings and site coordination sessions.
• Define and maintain dashboard governance and RACI in collaboration with the Head of Logistics Digital & Processes.
• Monitor local warehouse performance, analyse trends, identify gaps and propose data‑based improvement actions.
• Maintain performance documentation, including KPI definitions, calculation rules, reporting calendars and governance timelines.
• Provide performance inputs for transformation plans, including baseline data, impact assessments and tracking of transformation KPIs.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to support the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Professional experience in logistics performance management or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and integrity.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting cross‑functional teams.
