Private Banker Specialist

About the role

ING is looking for Private Banker Specialists to join its Affluents Team of Retail Affluent Tribes, based in the Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia branches. The team delivers exceptional service to affluent clients by helping them build balanced portfolios suited to their knowledge, suitability and future financial needs, aiming to grow the share of wallet with existing clients and attract new ones.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to clients, supporting them in reaching their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions that optimize the use of their savings.
• Co-create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment, collaborating across ING Spain's T2D teams to ensure alignment, scalability and impact.
• Act as a first line of defense for the bank, prioritizing the client's best interest and strictly following ING's policies, regulatory standards and ethical expectations.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE) or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial advisory roles for private banking clients.
• Mandatory MiFID certification.
