Product Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Product Manager in Barcelona. The role sits behind the iOS and Android apps and the website, working with the engineering team to create, develop, improve and maintain the services. You will understand the business, customers and market, and turn broad opportunities into measurable actions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and more.
• Analyse product performance, hypothesise, test and continuously improve product metrics.
• Develop product features from ideation to release: gather data, define goals and requirements, run experiments, release and track performance.
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritisation, and run sprint planning, refinements and retrospectives.
• Help build a vision and strategy for the product.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• 3+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in product development.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and giving them feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data and explain them clearly.
• Strong written communication and the ability to present complex technical information simply.
• Preferred: basic technical knowledge, experience in tech startups, A/B testing and metric definition, and experience shaping a product-line strategy.
