Project & Construction Manager – Engineer/Architect (Temp)

About the role

Airbus Operations S.L. is looking for a Project & Construction Manager with an engineering or architectural background to join the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team in Getafe, Madrid. The role will support civil works, facility design and construction management while embedding ESG principles and Airbus leadership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver civil works and oversee construction projects.
• Design facilities and office spaces in line with corporate standards.
• Manage construction activities, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Integrate ESG concepts into all project phases.
• Apply the Airbus leadership model to guide teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership with ability to engage, develop and motivate teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• High level of English proficiency.

Required skills

• Engineering and architectural expertise (EQF7 / MECES 3 level).
• Project management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Quality assurance and technical management.
• CapEx/OpEx finance control and R&O management.
• Planning, licensing and administration management.
