Project Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in engines and mechanical components to lead international automotive projects. The role focuses on powertrain development, from feasibility studies through to industrialization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GMP engineering and design projects for gasoline and diesel engines from feasibility to industrialization.
• Ensure convergence of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks and apply methodologies such as ANPQP and V3P milestones.
• Drive structured problem‑solving using 8D, Ishikawa and PDCA to secure project success.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry, focusing on powertrain and mechanical components.
• Proven background in development and industrialization processes.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
