About the role
Kapres Technology is looking for a Project Manager with strong logistics (3PL) experience to lead complex IT projects for an international logistics client. The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and close end‑to‑end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice‑versa.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress and mitigate risks proactively.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with PMP or equivalent certification.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Background in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
Required skills
- Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Technical fluency to understand system architectures, integrations and digital products.
