Project Manager - Events & Experiences

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Project Manager to join its Madrid office and the Fever Originals team. You will work with partners, providers and venues to help Fever grow its pipeline of original events, collaborating with departments from Marketing to Operations. The team is described as young, multicultural and international.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage a portfolio of Original experiences from start to finish, together with worldwide teams
• Define how to scale events across all markets and own the strategic planning and reporting for key experiences
• Analyse business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose process improvements and drive high customer satisfaction
• Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new ones
• Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, and build long-term partnerships with strategic venues
• Make data-informed decisions, including P&L analysis, and manage, report on and grow event revenue
• Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting or entertainment and events project management
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams
• Solution-focused, with strong negotiation and networking skills, comfortable pitching to new partners
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to get hands dirty on all event-related tasks; a strong academic background is a plus

The hiring process includes a 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, a 60-minute online test, and two video calls with the future manager, including a business case presentation. The process takes around 20 working days.
