Recepcionista de Hotel – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hotel Receptionist to join the Barceló Sants team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will manage guest interactions from arrival to departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle check‑in and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Process check‑out procedures and bid farewell to departing guests.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Perform concierge and luggage storage duties.
• Verify reservations and conduct nightly audits.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to hospitality.
