About the role
Barceló Group is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join its team at the Occidental hotel in Alicante. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while maintaining the high service standards of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, providing courteous and efficient service.
- Safeguard valuables deposited at the front desk.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front‑desk or reception role.
- High level of English; additional language is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication abilities.
