Sales Assistant – San Sebastián

About the role

Bimba y Lola is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join its San Sebastián store. You will be the front‑line brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the store’s visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the customer journey, from greeting to final sale.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after‑sales support.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular counting, receive deliveries and organise the stockroom.
• Ensure product presentation on the shop floor follows visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
