Sales Development Representative – Dutch Speaking

About the role

Perk is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Sales Development Representative to help grow its Benelux & Nordics market presence. Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will feed the sales funnel by qualifying prospects and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn to engage target prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls with decision‑makers such as CFOs, Travel Managers and Office Managers to assess fit and schedule qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine target accounts, test messaging and optimise lead‑qualification processes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Dutch and professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong phone‑based rapport‑building skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospecting.
• High organisational skills and a focus on hitting output metrics.
