Sales & Marketing Officer – Residential Telecom

About the role

Are you confident approaching new customers and motivated by achieving sales targets? Our client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to grow the customer base and promote residential telecom services through direct, face‑to‑face selling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales in residential and commercial areas, identifying prospective customers.
• Explain service packages, pricing and options, generate leads and follow up to close sales.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, sales and follow‑up records.
• Meet agreed sales targets and customer acquisition objectives.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns across digital, social media and community channels.
• Support promotional events, outreach, materials and sales presentations.
• Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback on market opportunities.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred) with proven relevant experience.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or telecommunications.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Direct or field sales experience, including door‑to‑door selling.
• Experience with digital and social media marketing.
