Sales Operations Officer – French Speaker (Barcelona)

About the role

LittleBig Connection is seeking a Sales Operations Officer who is fluent in French to join its Barcelona team. The role sits at the core of sales performance, helping to optimise processes, data and tools in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion rates and forecasts, and build reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support the optimisation of sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain CRM data quality and contribute to revenue‑operations initiatives.
• Participate in the implementation of new tools, processes and best practices across sales teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Business school, engineering school or university graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to understand complex environments quickly and translate analysis into action.
• Structured, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI (plus).
