Salesforce Client Partner

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and one of the largest Customer Experience Management agencies in Spain, is looking for a Client Partner in Madrid. The role manages client interactions across the customer journey map, increasing satisfaction and loyalty, and works closely with project managers on assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client interactions, generate leads, build and nurture client relationships, and set sales targets and performance plans
• Lead negotiations, prepare and present commercial offers, and manage communication during the presales process
• Share each account's sales strategy, objectives and digital transformation roadmap with the project managers, and attend demos, management committees and progress reviews
• Negotiate scope expansions, monitor project progress and alert operations management to risks, and propose mitigation plans
• Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and lead post-project retrospectives with the client
• Write success stories, send satisfaction surveys and run consultancy sessions for existing clients
• Collaborate with PMs on team allocation, track workload and communicate hiring needs to HR when needed

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in business or technology consulting
• Large account management experience
• Project management experience and experience in digital and international projects
• High level of English
• Experience in cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce is a plus); education and public sector experience is a great plus
