SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst (Functional Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business needs and SAP solutions. The professional will translate processes into functional requirements, analyse, improve and support the implementation and evolution of SAP S/4HANA modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for assigned SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, propose corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform functional or technical analysis for modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD and ABAP.
• Support integrated testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and validate business scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process compliance.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures and ticket history.
• Follow IT governance, SLAs and change‑management processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and emergency support when required.
• Ensure system stability, continuity of operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration and support projects.
• Strong SAP customizing and business‑process analysis capabilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.
