SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant

About the role

Infosys Consulting's ERP & Platforms practice is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across several client engagements. The consultant takes end-to-end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, advises clients strategically, mentors consulting teams and ensures delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout or conversion programs.
• Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
• Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM and integrated SAP modules.
• Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability and the S/4HANA roadmap.
• Translate business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions and drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of S/4HANA consulting experience, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP PM.
• Proven client-facing experience within a consulting environment.
• Trusted relationships with client stakeholders at operational and managerial levels.
• Good professional English and proactive attitude; no travel limitations.
• SAP certified in PM modules is an added bonus.

Required skills

• Deep expert knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA.
• Asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, scheduling and execution, regulatory and compliance maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.
• Integration with MM, WH, QM, FI/CO and EW modules.
• Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
• Experience in global delivery with offshore resources.
