Senior Consultant – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of business and technology engagements for large enterprises in Spain. The role focuses on enterprise transformation, optimisation and cost‑reduction initiatives, working directly with senior‑level clients.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage end‑to‑end delivery of transformation and optimisation programmes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop financial business cases, risk models and strategic sourcing plans.
• Create RFP statements of work, define service levels, financials and contractual terms.
• Architect, execute and oversee transition planning and support activities.
• Manage large budgets, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and cost‑effective.
• Contribute to intellectual capital in emerging growth areas and support proposal development.

Required profile

• MBA (no consulting experience) or 3‑5 years of consulting, management consulting or operations management experience in a consulting firm or professional services group of a software/tools vendor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, client‑management, project‑management and business‑development capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid work authorization for Spain (no sponsorship offered).
