Senior Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join a dynamic product and creative team based in Spain. In this fully remote position you will shape user experience, brand identity, and marketing impact across digital products. You will lead the creation and evolution of visual assets, design systems, and brand guidelines while collaborating with product, marketing, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects for product and marketing initiatives.
• Generate innovative design concepts and visual storytelling for both product and marketing teams.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
• Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Design vector icons and UI elements for product and marketing experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align design execution with business goals.
• Evaluate design performance and contribute to improving creative processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout design, and color theory.
• Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive contribution to team success.
• Experience in product or marketing design environments is a plus.
• Exposure to iGaming or fast‑paced digital product industries is an advantage.
