Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer for our “Platform Infrastructure” team to support the rapid expansion of our Engineering function. You will shape our infrastructure and define future engineering practices while tackling a wide range of technical and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the internal infrastructure that supports engineers, services, and customers.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code tooling, automating software deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and related tools.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and internal teams to ship high‑impact projects and provide infrastructure expertise.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Design and implement new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Write internal tools and services to automate manual workflows and enhance developer productivity.
• Respond to production incidents, contribute to blameless postmortems, and continuously improve system reliability.

Required profile

• Infrastructure engineer with experience developing robust, scalable solutions.
• Passionate about solving real‑world problems with proven technologies.
• Expert in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and modern tooling to accelerate engineering processes.
• Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, and enterprise‑level IaC implementations.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quickly forming hypotheses and learning complex concepts.
• Independent task driver who proactively seeks help when needed.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure engineering and security best practices.
• Experience identifying and responding to complex incidents, including customer‑related issues.
• Effective communicator with technical teams and leadership.
