Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead strategic planning and business transformation initiatives within the insurance or financial services sector. You will partner with senior leadership to drive organisational change, optimise processes and deliver high‑impact programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead strategic planning and optimisation initiatives, assessing business value, risks and outcomes.
• Drive organisational change and improve operating models and business processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to support business innovation.
• Define and monitor value‑realisation metrics for transformation programmes.
• Promote customer‑centric solutions and support the development of MVPs and value propositions.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in strategy consulting, insurance or financial services.
• Strong expertise in business strategy, transformation and change management.
• Good understanding of insurance processes, industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as Strategy One.
• Proficiency with Google Looker Studio.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and digital initiatives (preferred).
