Senior Product Manager B2B (VPN)

About the role

Lead the development of Proton VPN for the B2B market, shaping the product vision and roadmap while collaborating with engineering, security, growth and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for B2B VPN features.
• Drive product innovation, launching new capabilities such as firewall services, network segmentation, observability and future device‑posture features.
• Work cross‑functionally with R&D, security, back‑end and growth teams to ship and support high‑impact features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Set success metrics for adoption, activation and retention, and lead teams through execution.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably security or productivity.
• Proven track record of successful product and major feature launches in fast‑paced environments.
• Strategic, data‑driven leader with strong customer empathy and a high standard for UX.
• Hands‑on, fast‑moving work ethic and ability to solve complex, multi‑team problems.
