Senior Product Manager

About the role

Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, with over 300 million users in more than 55 countries. It is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Barcelona to understand the business, customers and market, and to lead a product squad from ideation to release. The role is based in Barcelona and only considers candidates already based there or open to relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business, customers, market and product data to delight customers and achieve Fever's goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and more
• Turn broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions
• Analyse product performance, hypothesise, test and continuously improve product metrics
• Develop features from ideation to release: gather data, run experiments, define goals and requirements, release and track performance
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritisation, and run sprint planning, refinements and retrospectives
• Build a vision and strategy for the product

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in product development
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and giving them feedback
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
• Curiosity, adaptability to new technologies, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast pace

Required skills

• Fluent English
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly
• Preferred: technical fluency, A/B testing and metrics definition, startup experience, and product-line strategy
