Senior UI Designer - Design System

About the role

Super is building a next‑generation platform for sports, gaming and fan experiences. As the product surface expands across regions and brands, the visual foundations become critical. We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to own and evolve the asset layer of our design system while bridging brand and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the full asset library – icons, illustrations, 3D brand assets and visual elements used company‑wide.
• Act as the bridge between Brand, Studio and Product Design, translating brand direction into product‑ready assets.
• Collaborate with product teams to fulfil asset requests and ensure visual consistency with design system and brand standards.
• Support product design teams through reviews, audits and hands‑on collaboration, raising visual and UX quality.
• Design, document and maintain UI components and patterns, keeping Figma and code in sync with design system engineers.
• Contribute to the token system across themes, brands and modes, shaping rebranding efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation and explore new graphic directions.
• Contribute to motion design, creating interactions, transitions and branded moments.
• Maintain clean, scalable Figma libraries and document usage in Notion.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing icon systems, illustration or brand asset work.
• Excellent UI craft with a sharp eye for visual quality, typography and consistency.
• Senior‑level experience in design systems and cross‑functional collaboration.
