SEO Technical Lead (Madrid-based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Technical SEO Lead for its SEO team in Madrid. The role owns the technical health and structure of the transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and the global white-label network) and reports to the SEO Manager. It works closely with Data, Product and Systems teams to run a technical roadmap that improves bot accessibility and visibility across traditional search engines and emerging LLM/GEO platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, define and optimise the information architecture of the transactional websites.
• Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs.
• Stay up to date with search industry changes and adapt sites quickly to SEO/GEO requirements.
• Monitor, set KPIs and track results using large-scale log analysis with dashboards and alerts (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar).
• Partner with Data, Product and Systems to execute the technical roadmap.
• Design, implement and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings.
• Audit engineering developments and implement changes to prevent visibility losses.

Required profile

• Proven technical SEO experience for ecommerce or similar, at least 7 years with high-traffic sites and proven results.
• Experience with international sites and adapting global SEO to local markets.
• Data-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, including LLM-powered search (RAG, citations, query fan-out).
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

• Crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML, CSS, CDN performance and API automation.
• HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Google Apps Script and Python (valuable), SQL (valuable), workflow automation and team management (valuable).
