Social Media Manager – Content Creation (English C2)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead content creation for Bosch Global's corporate social media presence in English. You will be the creative voice behind our brand across major platforms, crafting compelling narratives that engage a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content for Bosch Global channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Write English copy that conveys corporate messages in an engaging way.
• Ideate and produce short‑form video content (Reels, Stories) using editing apps or in collaboration with a video agency.
• Review and adapt agency‑provided postings.
• Research topics, handle internal suggestions, and develop new content series and formats.
• Support channel management, including analytics, paid media processes, and performance tracking.
• Participate in the virtual global content team and editors’ rounds.
• Monitor trends and best practices for social media.
• Assist with community management and first‑level customer support when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C2 level.
• Proven professional experience in content production and social media channel management.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
