Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Talise Spa team at Jumeirah Mallorca as a Spa Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless, personalized experience in a world‑class luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet spa guests, manage reservations and check‑ins using the Opera PMS system.
• Provide detailed information on treatments, facilities and wellness programmes while actively promoting spa services and retail products.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Spa Director when required.
• Support daily spa operations and ensure all procedures align with Jumeirah service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar front‑desk or receptionist role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and managing a demanding workload.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Opera PMS system
• Microsoft Office package
