About the role

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will own the growth and development of Vizrt’s strategic accounts within the Media & Entertainment vertical across EMEA. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring customers receive the right solutions, experience seamless service, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align customer business strategies with Vizrt’s product portfolio.
  • Drive sustainable, predictable recurring revenue through qualified pipeline and closed opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Solution Advisory teams to deliver value‑focused experiences and gather market intelligence.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews and manage renewal processes to meet growth targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts in the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Strong ability to understand customer business cases and align them with technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level executives.
