Subgovernor – Hotel Operations at Granada Congress

About the role

We are looking for a Subgovernor to oversee daily operations at the Barceló Granada Congress hotel. The role ensures efficient service delivery, cost control and high guest satisfaction within a 4‑ and 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise work schedules, objectives and task distribution for the department.
• Supervise work methods, material usage and customer interactions.
• Manage resources efficiently, controlling both human and material costs.
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training and performance monitoring.
• Maintain service quality standards and implement standardized procedures to achieve economic efficiency and quality targets.

Required profile

• Mid‑level secondary education in Hospitality or Tourism (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• High level of English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
