Team Leader, Program Controlling & H145M Controller

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is looking for a Team Leader for Program Controlling and H145M Controller in Albacete. The role manages the program controlling processes for the NH90, Tiger and Commercial programs, in coordination with the program controllers in AHE and AH/AHD, and acts as the main finance interface for programs in Spain and within the group. It reports directly to the Head of Programs & S&S Controlling in AHE.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and control contracts, covering profitability, risk/opportunities and contingency, from business case to contract and activity closing.
• Build, discuss and substantiate operating plans and forecasts, ensure their assumptions are consistent and financially compliant, and validate business cases.
• Control monthly results, monitor financial performance parameters and follow up on deviations with advice and corrective actions.
• Challenge operational entities on program financial performance and follow up on contract profitability (EAC / CTC).
• Monitor actual versus planned costs and support program managers with workload planning.
• Manage contract administration from signature through invoicing and payment, including monthly and year-end closing, audit provisions and price evolution monitoring.
• Support bidding, pricing and business modelling, ensuring quotations are based on feasible assumptions and risks are covered by provisions.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the Program Controlling team, and handle communication, training and qualification.

Required profile

• More than 5 years in finance, with at least 3 years in controlling.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (plus MBA) or Industrial Organization Engineering.
• High English level, spoken and written.
• Strong project management, analytical and teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
