Tech Recruitment Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruitment Sourcer to drive Fever’s talent strategy. You will proactively identify, engage and build pipelines of top tech, data and product talent, ensuring we stay ahead of hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, community platforms, events and referrals.
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future tech, data and product roles.
• Map competitive landscape to target high‑performing companies and engage their talent.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to automate sourcing tasks, personalize outreach and generate insights.
• Engage passive candidates with tailored messaging that highlights Fever’s unique culture.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing approaches.
• Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness and conversion metrics, and act on data‑driven insights.
• Maintain clean, organized candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.
• Stay up‑to‑date with talent market trends, new sourcing tools and techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding by representing Fever at virtual events and talent communities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with a passion for finding hard‑to‑reach talent.
• AI‑first attitude, actively adopting new tools to boost sourcing productivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for talent search.
• Experience using GitHub to identify technical candidates.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Greenhouse ATS.
